I call it Self-Worth Coaching because I know that deep down, most of the issues we face, whether is around our weight and size, our relationships or whatever we do in the world, are rooted in how we view ourselves and our sense of worthiness.

When we’re operating from a place of Hustling for our Self-Worth or making ourselves small because we don’t feel deserving of love, success and belonging, our actions will continually put us in a space of surviving and burnout. Regardless.

In reality, Self-Worth Coaching IS Life Coaching, because it is our Self-Worth that sets the tone for how we show up in life – which includes love, work, money and more. Basically, when you work on believing and protecting your unconditional worthiness, you live on your own terms, with amazing boundaries to keep you focused, safe and loved, and making decisions that support you in achieving your goals.

So, I guess to me, if Life Coaching isn’t anchored to Self-Worth, is not really Life Coaching after all!

On my one-to-one practice, I work with women who feel sluggish, undernourished, exhausted, purposeless and joyless – Nourishing them, through coaching and mentoring, back into Greatness, so they show up fully in the world, redefining the rules they live by – including how they feed, move and enjoy their bodies, how they think and feel about themselves and the world and, ultimately, how they use their powers to make the world a better place.

However, I also create special coaching programs, events and empowerment experiences for teams, organisations, corporations and more. You can read the experience of some of my clients HERE.

In general, my practice starts with a 30-Mins Intake session where you evaluate your life in 6 Key Areas: Body, Mind, Emotions, Relationships, Resources and Purpose. With that information, we choose the area of focus. So, my coaching can cover anything from Nutrition and Health to Relational work (either to develop an amazing romantic partnership or to heal a current relationship) and even Goal Setting and Career.

With my Holistic Nourishment approach, I will guide you, empower and support you to figure out the elements missing in your life and then coach you to start replenishing it abundantly and lovingly, so you thrive in life.

Weight shifts are a by-product of my Self-Worth Coaching, since it empowers you to make better choices about the way you nurture your body with food, movement, rest and beyond. Plus, as a trained Chef and Functional Nutrition Practitioner, I will help you find the dietary style that suits you best, whilst preventing nutritional deficiencies and avoiding emotional triggers in the process.

Technically, I’m a trained Functional Nutrition Consultant, which means that my work with you doesn’t stop with what you put on your plate. In fact, most of the times, food is the last issue we cover together. Instead, we work on a full-on 360 method to tackle all the areas that bring nourishment to you, whether that’s stress or time management, emotional balance and sleep or finding and supporting your life purpose.
Are you a Therapist? I’m a trained BrainWork Recursive Therapy (BWRT) practitioner, as well as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and Mindfulness Based Relational Coach.

Having said this, I go more for the title of Coach or Mentor, and in my approach I use many different theories to guide my clients back to greatness.
I always tell my clients that, ultimately, your results are your responsibility. The more commitment you have to the process, the deeper the changes and the faster you see results.

My goal is not to overwhelm you but nourish you, so that even the time commitments are around Self-Care and Self-Love, which makes them pleasurable.
Again, this depends on the person and their particular process. Having said that, most of my clients begin to see changes in the way they see themselves and react after the first session. This is the beauty of finally having someone hold space for you to show up fully, the healing starts fast!

My superpower is an approach powered by empathy, authenticity and compassion (… and fuelled by coffee!) through holding space for your wounds and smiles, passing down my ideas and giving you tools for you journey; thus enabling you to discover yourself, love yourself fully and from there grow and expand do what you’re meant to do to change the world for the better.

The main difference in my style is in the way I support my clients to get the results they seek. In my work, I lead you on a journey of Self-Exploration, so that every tool and resource we use and try, serves in making sustainable, loving and authentic lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
