My work doesn’t stop with what you put on your plate. In fact, most of the times, food is the last issue we cover together. Instead, we work on a 360 method to tackle all the areas that bring nourishment to you, whether that’s stress or time management, emotional balance and sleep or finding and supporting your life purpose.
